I’m just ecstatic to announce the start up of a small, intimate version of Unwind, Recover, Recharge at my dear friend and biz partner Caitlin Kolb’s new space Studio 20. If you’re not familiar with my class, read about it here.

The class will operate as a 6-week series. Cost will include all 6 classes, and they will run consistently on Wednesday evenings for six weeks. All the class details are listed below. In order to reserve your space, please reply to this email requesting a space. At that point, I'll send you information on registration and payment. Your space will not be officially reserved until I receive full payment. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I'm so excited to see you in a whole new space!
Day of the week: Wednesday
Class dates for the first series: 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7 (We'll skip the Wednesday (11/23) before Thanksgiving.)
Time: 6-7:15 pm
Cost: $180 (That includes all 6 classes.)
Location: Studio 20 (!), at the corner of 20th and Shotwell
This is a restful and spacious three-hour workshop filled with deep relaxation techniques geared to nourish, nurture, and provide relief from pain. Through a unique blend of exercises and breathwork inspired by yoga, Pilates, and other therapeutic modalities, we’ll gently unwind contraction and tension patterns we build up throughout our days, weeks, and years.
Everyday stress, emotional trauma, injury, and unhealthy habits can impact our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, causing inflammation, discomfort, and pain. Sometimes this pain is temporary, and sometimes we end up facing it for months or years at a time. These contractions and patterns interrupt our ability to move freely and easefully, love fully, and live our lives in the way we want to.
We’ll slow down in this workshop so we can identify and create space for the patterns impacting us. By establishing a deeper connection to our bodies, we'll create opportunities for more healing and freedom. You’ll be surprised by the dramatic results of this subtle movement practice. It will leave you feeling both unwound and energized in the same breath. Whether you’re hoping to get a handle on your chronic pain or just looking for a safe space to unwind from your week, this workshop is open to you. Sign up here.
